How long to cook Internal Temperature

What's the Right Internal Temperature for Roast Pork?

The safe internal temp for roast pork when it's done is 145 degrees Fahrenheit. If you cook your meat to this temperature, then remove it from the heat source and let it rest at least 3 minutes before serving it, you'll have medium-rare meat that's flavorful and safe to eat.

However, not everyone likes their pork medium-rare. If that's the case for you, you'll be looking for a higher temperature before you stop cooking your pork.

You can use these temperatures as a guideline for any type of roast pork recipe, whether you're cooking a classic loin roast or another cut.
