How Long to Cook a Pork Tenderloin in the Oven

At 350°F, it should take somewhere between 20 and 27 minutes to fully cook a pork tenderloin in the oven. The ideal temperature to cook your pork tenderloin at is 350°F; this will ensure that your tenderloin cooks fasts enough to not dry out, but not so fast that the inside remains raw while the outer layer gets overdone. Pork tenderloin is an amazingly juicy cut of meat when prepared the right way, but since it's a relatively thin cut, it can be prone to drying out if you're not careful.

To make sure that your tenderloin is completely cooked prior to serving, be sure to use a meat thermometer and check that the internal temperature has reached at least 145°F.
